The Canigou Pic is the eastern summit of the Pyrenean chain. It is located near Perpignan city.
It is not very high, 2784 meters.

We are near the summit. You cannot see the hundreds of people wich were there this saturday. The Canigou Pic is a symbol for catalan people from France and Spain, and they use to make a pelerinage here the days after the San Joan celebration. 20050626 [home]

This bird is black with a yelow bill and quite red legs. In france it is called 'chocard à bec jaune' (Pyrrhocorax graculus) Alpine Cough in english. 20050626 [home]
